Are you passionate about sustainability, customer-focused, and looking to make a real impact in the fast-growing heat pump market? MasterTherm Ireland is on the hunt for a motivated Domestic Heat Pumps & Accessories Sales Specialist to join our expanding team!

What’s the role about?
You’ll be the go-to expert for homeowners, installers, and industry partners – guiding them through their journey to clean, efficient home heating. From showcasing our top-class heat pump systems and smart accessories to helping tailor solutions for Irish homes, you’ll be front and centre in the green energy movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with domestic customers and installers * Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and support project follow-up * Collaborate with our technical team to provide the best system designs * Promote accessories like smart controls, buffer tanks, and cylinders * Keep on top of the latest SEAI grants and renewable energy trends

You’ll need to have:

• A solid background in sales – ideally in heating, plumbing, or renewables * Great communication and customer service skills
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
• A full clean driving licence (you’ll be out and about a bit)
