• 280 m2 house build in 2007
• Originally heated by oil boiler.
• Two underfloor heating zones
• One DHW zone
• System was sized to provide all space heating and DHW requirements. Existing oil boiler was decommissioned. Existing “Systemlink” manifold and all controls were decommissioned and plant room fully rebuild.

• Heating output:    5 – 17 kW 
• SCOP Space heating:    4.6
• Fast recovery 250 Litres DHW tank with built inn 100 litres thermal storage tank.
• Online access and monitoring with 7 Years warranty affording peace of mind for the home owner. The systems data is being continually logged and identified to optimise performance and efficiency.
