Heat recovery from electric transformer using indoor split heat pump

Unique use of heat pump EM37Z to recover heat rejected into transformer room. System benefits of using 20 Degrees+ temperatures all year round to heat domestic hot water for showers for train service depot. Dhw is heated at 60 Degrees yet maintaining high COP. Transformer room is being cooled at the same time, increasing efficiency of the transformer.
