Existing gas boilers were decommissioned and replaced with 210kW of heat pumps with combination with condensing gas boilers for the constant temperature circuit (AHU) and extreme weather conditions. Each of six heat pumps can variate output from 10 – 35 kW.  Heat pump control system has completely replaced existing BMS. Online monitoring and optimisation is provided as a part of maintenance contract..
