Bantry General Hospital

The purpose-built Endoscopy Unit at Bantry General Hospital is equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to provide optimal comfort and efficiency.

A cascade of seven BA60i units delivers simultaneous heating and cooling to all areas of the endoscopy ward. This innovative system maximises efficiency by combining heating and cooling into a single solution, eliminating the need for separate systems. Not only does this save valuable space, but it also enhances overall system performance and longevity.

Domestic hot water is supplied at 65˚C by our unique AQ75ZHX high-temperature heat recovery heat pump, ensuring reliable and energy-efficient water heating.

As with all MasterTherm systems, the entire setup is monitored and optimised online via our advanced platform. This allows for fine-tuning of parameters in real-time and provides immediate notifications to clients in the event of any system issues or warnings, ensuring smooth operation and reducing downtime.

This state-of-the-art solution significantly reduces operating costs and minimises CO2 emissions typically associated with heating and cooling in healthcare facilities. By adopting this system, Bantry General Hospital is contributing to a greener, more sustainable future while maintaining high standards of patient care and comfort.
