Heat Pump Certificate Heat Pump KEYMARK is a European independent quality certificate for heat pumps entering the single market and covered by EU Regulations No. 813/2013 and 814/2013 – efficiency requirements (ecodesign).

BBA MCS certificate

A British quality certificate that allows us to draw on British incentives

MasterTherm heat pumps is certified by the British certification authority BBA (British Board of Agriculture) according to the MCS (Micro-generation Certification Scheme) standard, designed for systems for the production of heat and electricity from renewable sources.

Both our own products (compliance with regulations, performance parameters, durability, construction) and the quality of the production process at the manufacturers production facility are evaluated. The BBA MCS certificate is a condition for drawing incentives from the British government (subsidies, purchase prices of energy from renewable sources, etc.)

Q-Label quality mark

European quality certificate

The methodology for qualitative evaluation of heat pumps Q-Label , developed by the European Association of Heat Pumps (EHPA) represents the most thorough and comprehensive system of measurement and certification of heat pumps on the European market.

The Q-Label quality mark guarantees that:

the heat pump has undergone thorough testing in one of approximately 10 European testing laboratories accredited for measurement according to the EHPA methodology
met the minimum prescribed heating factor COP = min. 3.1 (A2W35) air-water
COP = min. 4.3 (B0W35) ground-water
the heat pump also measured other working points incl. edge points of the temperature range of use
the measurement was performed on a serial product without the possibility of adjusting its settings
the measurement is performed according to the valid standard EN 14 511, ie. including all power input and energy for defrosting the evaporator
measured values and values declared by the seller (importer) do not differ by more than 5%
the measurement also includes the measurement of acoustic power
all parts used and the heat pump as a whole comply with European legislation
the manufacturer or importer has an established sales network and provides technical support and service
delivery of spare parts is guaranteed for at least 10 years from sale
